Ganesh Chaturthi 2022 | Celebration, Facts & Significance

The son of Lord Shiva & Godess Parvati. Sri Ganesh is Pratham Pujya, worshiped first amongst all. Vighna Harta, one who removes all hurdles.

Sri Ganesh is the creator of all good luck & positive vives. Lord Ganesh is the God of wealth, sciences, knowledge, wisdom and prosperity, and that’s why almost all Hindus remember him and seek his blessings before starting any new work.

All must keep fasting for the day & broke once after worshiping Lord Ganesh.

Chanting of slok “Vakra-Tunndda Maha-Kaaya Surya-Kotti Samaprabha Nirvighnam Kuru Me Deva Sarva-Kaaryeshu Sarvadaa.” is really good for the day.

Ganesha means “lord of hordes” from Sanskrit गण (gana) meaning “horde, multitude” and ईश (isha) meaning “lord, ruler”.
